Step 1: Clinical Assessment and Personalised Planning
Your journey begins with a consultation with one of our expert clinicians specialising in weight management. Together, you’ll explore your health history and goals to create a personalised treatment plan. This may or may not include medication.
Next, you’ll meet with a Health Coach to discuss your expectations, challenges, and where you feel support will be most valuable. Your coach will be your consistent guide throughout the programme, helping you stay on track with regular 30-minute check-ins and ongoing support through messaging.
You'll also gain access to tailored content to build your understanding of metabolic health and support the development of healthy habits.
Step 2: Building the Foundations
You’ll meet with one of our Dietitians, who will provide personalised nutritional therapy to support your medical treatment. Together, you’ll create a sustainable dietary plan that fits your needs and goals.
Your Health Coach will help you integrate both the medical and dietary plans into your daily life, focusing on establishing healthy habits that support long-term progress.
Step 3: Embedding Healthy Habits
As changes start to show, both physically and mentally, you’ll see your doctor to review your progress, adjust your treatment plan if needed, and discuss any health concerns.
A follow-up with your Dietitian will help refine your nutritional approach and ensure it continues to support your goals.
Your Health Coach remains a regular point of contact to help you navigate challenges and build consistency.
Step 4: Strengthening Behavioural Change
With increased confidence, you’ll notice improvements in energy, sleep, mood, and mobility.
You’ll again see your doctor for a full review and any necessary adjustments to your care. A Dietitian will also revisit your progress and update your nutritional strategy as needed.
Your Health Coach will support you in future-proofing your habits, focusing on lasting behavioural change and relapse prevention strategies.
Step 5: Continuing Support
By this stage, you’ll have a strong understanding of your nutritional needs and personal strategies for managing setbacks. Regular access to your care team, including your doctor, Dietitian, and Health Coach, ensures ongoing support as you maintain and build on your progress.

All of our doctors are SCOPE certified in obesity medicine. Our doctors have different backgrounds (Professors, GP’s, Endocrinologists and more) but they have all done further study in obesity medicine as they find this area of medicine rewarding. We thoroughly screen all doctors who are approved by our Medical board.
-
No. We don't offer one-off consultations because we take a long-term view to help clients achieve sustainable, lasting weight loss. This is why we developed a programme which includes quarterly doctor/nurse consults, quarterly dietician consults and monthly health coaching for support and accountability.
Medication & Medical Care
-
All medications your specialist clinician will prescribe are EMA approved and are scientifically proven to help treat the disease of obesity. Our obesity clinicians prescribe a wide range of anti-obesity medication. Depending on your health history, your specialist doctor works with you here to create the best pathway for you.
-
The most common side-effects of anti-obesity medication are nausea and constipation. Most side-effects are dose-related and transient meaning they will likely subside over time. Depending on the medication, you will be advised on how to best manage any side effects by the clinical team who will also be at hand to answer any questions
-
We request certain routine blood tests within 1 month of starting the programme. If you have had blood tests done in the last 12 months, you don't need to get your blood drawn again.
Minimum blood tests needed are: HbA1c, liver panel, TFT's, renal panel (optional for lipid panel).
