Monika is an experienced Care Coordinator with a strong background in patient support, wellness services and holistic client care. She holds a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and has spent over 15 years working across healthcare, wellness and client-focused environments, helping people feel supported, informed and empowered throughout their health journey.

Before joining BeyondBMI, Monika worked in wellness and clinical settings where she supported clients through consultations, care planning, appointment coordination and ongoing guidance. Her background in physiotherapy and body therapy shaped her holistic approach to care, with a strong focus on overall wellbeing, lifestyle balance and building sustainable healthy habits. Through working closely with individuals from many different backgrounds, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate communication, trust and personalised support.
Monika is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident while working towards their health and wellness goals. She believes in creating a positive and supportive experience for every patient and values a caring, empathetic approach that focuses on the person as a whole. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Monika enjoys building genuine connections and helping patients feel encouraged every step of the way.

My goal is to ensure each person feels heard, respected and supported from the very beginning of their journey, with the reassurance that they are not alone in the process. I want every patient to know they will be welcomed with kindness, understanding and without judgement.
Starting a health journey or engaging with a clinic for the first time can feel overwhelming, so I always aim to help create a calm, supportive experience where people feel comfortable asking questions and taking things at their own pace.
