Clinically-led care

Treatment options to manage weight and gain health

Treatments can include licensed medication and lifestyle interventions: medical nutritional therapy, behavioural support, accountability and coaching, physical activity and psychological support.

Four pillars of treatment

A whole-person approach, not just a prescription

Obesity is a chronic, multi-factorial disease. The most effective treatment plans combine medication where appropriate with the lifestyle medicine that helps it work.

01 · Medical

Medication

EMA-approved anti-obesity medication, prescribed if clinically eligible.

02 · Nutrition

Medical nutrition therapy

A personalised, sustainable dietary plan from our SCOPE-trained dietitians. No fads, no banned foods.

03 · Behaviour

Behavioural & psychological support

Accountability, coaching and psychology to reshape habits and your relationship with food.

04 · Movement

Physical activity

Realistic, progressive movement guidance that fits your body and your week, not the other way around.

Important: BeyondBMI does not sell medication. If a prescription is the right path for you, you can use any pharmacy of your choice to fill it. All prescribing decisions are made by your BeyondBMI specialist doctor based on a full medical assessment.
Nutritional support

How nutritional therapy improves health while you lose weight

Medical nutritional therapy improves health gain while losing weight on prescribed medication by providing a comprehensive approach. This includes a personalised diet plan, an exercise plan, and medical support to monitor progress and ensure safety.

Our dietitians also provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, such as stress management and sleep quality, which can improve overall health while losing weight. And they share evidence-based information on nutrition and health benefits, helping you make more informed decisions about your health and your diet.

Health coaching

A coach in your corner, every month of the journey

Your Health Coach is your consistent guide throughout the programme. Regular 30-minute check-ins, in-app messaging between sessions, and a single point of contact who knows your goals and your history.

They'll help you integrate the medical and dietary plans into your real life, build healthy habits that support long-term progress, and stay with you when things get hard. The coaching is what makes the medicine and the nutrition stick.
