Interested, but unsure
Free care call
€0
A care coordinator, not a clinician. No obligation.
Speak with a care coordinator
A short call with the care-coordination team, by phone, at a time that suits you. No pressure to decide anything on the call.
Understand how the programme works
What the 90 days include, who you will see, how video appointments work and how you reach your team between them.
Ask about cost, timing and next steps
Prices and payment plans, how soon you could start, and what the online assessment covers before you take any next step.
No clinical advice is given on this call
Care coordinators explain the service. Whether medication or treatment suits you is a question for a doctor, and it comes after completing your online assessment.
A 25-minute consultation with a SCOPE-certified obesity doctor, covering your health history, current medicines and goals, then a treatment plan agreed with you. Your doctor confirms eligibility at this first appointment.
GLP‑1 medication where clinically appropriate
Prescribed only where it suits you clinically, with the dose and any side effects managed by your team throughout. Medication is paid for separately.
Dietitian, nurse and health coach support
A 45-minute dietitian assessment with practical, personal advice on food and eating, a nurse check-in on side effects in month two, and regular health coaching on goals, routines and habits.
Progress reviewed at each appointment
Your multidisciplinary clinical team reviews and adjusts your plan in month three, and a next steps review sets out your ongoing care.
Learning and community
Invitations to live webinars, plus guides and the latest research from the team, matched to where you are in the programme.
A 25-minute video call with a SCOPE-certified obesity doctor
One to one, by secure video, at a time that suits you, with an Irish-registered doctor who specialises in obesity medicine and has time for your questions.
A review of your full health picture
Your weight history, current medicines, what has and has not worked before, and any conditions that affect your progress, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes or sleep apnoea.
A personalised treatment plan, agreed with you
Your doctor talks you through the options and agrees a plan with you, including GLP‑1 medication where it is clinically appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
No commitment beyond the consultation
The €89 covers the doctor’s time and assessment. You decide what comes next, and the 90-Day Programme is a natural optional next step.
Your clinical review considers your health, treatment history and goals. Medication is an option only when clinically appropriate.
Make nutrition personal
Dietitian support connects food choices with your circumstances and habits, rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Build habits with support
Regular health coaching helps you work on realistic goals, daily routines and consistency.
Review and adjust with the team
Follow-up brings progress and concerns back into the clinical conversation. Your experience informs the next discussion.
Start with what matters to you.
Pick what matters most to you. Your doctor will talk it through with you at your first appointment.
Weight and testosterone are linked.
Excess weight is linked with lower testosterone in some men, and low testosterone is one of the things your doctor can look at. Tell them so it is considered with your wider health.
You both need to join the 90-Day Programme within 120 days of pairing. If you’ve already paid, your €45 comes back to you. Medication is paid for separately.
BMI calculator for men.
BMI uses your height and weight to estimate body fat. Enter yours to see your range and the step that fits.

BMI doesn’t measure body composition directly. It can misread people with a lot of muscle, older people and pregnant women, and it was built on data from white populations: if your family background is South Asian, Chinese, other Asian, Middle Eastern, Black African or African-Caribbean, lower thresholds apply (23 and 27.5). It isn’t a diagnosis on its own.
This calculator doesn’t decide eligibility for treatment at BeyondBMI. Your doctor assesses that at your first appointment, looking at your health as a whole. Nothing you enter is stored or sent.
About BMI
What is BMI?
Body mass index is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in metres squared. Doctors use it as a first screen, alongside waist size, blood pressure, blood tests and your history.
Which BMI qualifies for treatment?
Usually from a BMI of 30, or 27 with a weight-related condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, PCOS or fatty liver. Your doctor decides after a full review.
Is BMI accurate?
It’s a screen, not a diagnosis. It can misread people with a lot of muscle, older people and pregnant women, and lower thresholds apply for some ethnic backgrounds (23 and 27.5).
Waist size and BMI
BMI doesn’t show where weight sits. Fat around the middle carries more metabolic risk, so doctors also use waist measurement. Your review looks at both, not the number alone.
Your programme support is built by leading obesity experts.
Access to GLP‑1 medication, where clinically appropriate
A multidisciplinary team of obesity specialist doctors, dietitians, nurses and health coaches, drawn from Ireland’s top medical institutions and led by senior weight management experts.
Consultant-led care, expert clinical oversight
Every clinician registered with the Irish Medical Council
“Very pleased with BeyondBMI. I was listened to, not spoken down to. I felt heard and understood. Menopause weight gain is truly disheartening, but BeyondBMI have provided me with a way to get back to my real body. Great support services. Seamless ordering and delivery. My weight loss has been slow and steady, I see the numbers dropping, I feel the clothes loosening, I am satisfied with my progress. If you are struggling with your weight despite diets and working out, I recommend considering the medical option in a supportive environment. And for me that was BeyondBMI.”

“I’ve been with beyond bmi for two years. I’ve had the same dietitian and health coach throughout and I’ve dealt with two amazing doctors. Their service is like no other. The level of care, knowledge and constantly striving to give the best advice, is unparalleled. Chatting monthly with my health coach Nikki, is a privilege. She allows me to share struggles, helps me work through, and gives me direction. Dietician Werd, has a wealth of knowledge and is always striving to give me the best support. Prof.Miras has been helping me with my weightloss and PCOS. Even the support team dealing with technical problems, finding chemists, getting statements and organising appointments. Everyone is so accommodating and goes above for each patient. It’s definitely not just a prescription service. Having their supports has allowed me to change my relationship with food and have consistent weightloss. Seeing how other doctors treat patients just reminds me how lucky I am to have this team in my corner. In the future I hope to plan having a family and I know beyond has been a huge factor getting me to this point.”

“Really excellent service from a multidisciplinary team. Im with BBMI over a year and a half and although I've lost a significant amount of weight (well over 20kg) I feel the other (unexpected) health gains are even better. I’m stronger physically and emotionally now at 54 than I was in my 20s. I can enjoy participating in so many activities that I didn’t think I could ever do previously. If you’re tired of yo-yo diets, food noise and struggling with managing your body weight and health then this is the team that can work with you to make that history. From the first second you speak with the BBMI team you’ll feel welcomed, accepted and start to learn that where you are now is NOT your fault.”

“The team at Beyond BMI are absolutely fantastic. I joined to get my health back on track after years of struggling with digestive issues, and they have been more helpful than any clinic, doctor, or hospital I’ve ever attended. They truly care, and Dr. Harriet has been incredibly supportive with every issue I’ve faced. What makes them unique is their whole team approach, having access to a doctor, dietitian, and health coach in one place has made such a difference in my life. It’s a well rounded approach that really works, and whenever I have a problem, they are always there for me. For that, I am so grateful. After years of being dismissed by medical professionals, I finally feel listened to and properly supported. This is the place where you will be taken care of. If you’re on the fence, I can’t recommend them enough. Give them a call. They will 100% give you the help you need.”

“After years of trying fad diets - this Actually works! And im seeing results. Initially i thought why pay per month for weight loss, but actually when you realise you are spending less on food and things that dont actually work, I'd pay three times the price to feel as good as i do now.”

Expert-led care built around you. Experience the difference.
I have type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes. Does that change things?
It can. Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes are part of the clinical picture, so mention them in your online assessment. Your doctor considers them alongside your medicines and history.
I already train. Why hasn’t it worked?
Exercise protects health and muscle, but weight is driven by more than effort, including hormones, sleep, medicines and genetics. A doctor looks at the whole picture, without judgement.
Will I lose muscle as well as fat?
Some muscle loss can happen with any weight loss. A dietitian plans your protein intake and your coach builds in resistance exercise, which together help protect muscle while you lose weight.
Do I need to complete the online assessment first?
Yes. Start with the online assessment before choosing a programme, a consultation or a free care-coordinator call. Your answers help us recommend the treatment that fits.
Do I need a separate doctor consultation first?
No. Most of our patients start directly on the 90-Day Programme, once they’ve completed the online assessment. The €89 consultation is optional. Clinical review still comes before any treatment decision.
What does the 90-Day Programme price include?
Access to Ireland’s leading obesity experts: your doctor, dietitian, nurse and health coach, treatment where clinically appropriate, and regular progress reviews. €399 upfront or 3 × €150 (€450 total). Medication is paid for separately.
What does the €89 consultation include?
A one-off 25-minute video consultation with a SCOPE-certified obesity doctor, who reviews your health and agrees a personalised plan with you. It is optional, and it does not guarantee a prescription.
