Before your first appointment

I understand that discussing weight and health can feel deeply personal and, for many people, emotionally difficult. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where patients feel heard, respected and understood.

As both a clinician and researcher in obesity medicine, I take an evidence-based approach while recognising that every person's experience with weight is unique. I look beyond numbers on a scale and consider the biological, psychological, social and lifestyle factors that influence health.

During our consultation we'll work together to understand your goals, challenges and medical background, and develop a treatment plan that is realistic, sustainable and tailored to you.
